The Troop Rep program is the way that troops can communicate with the Chapter to tell us what is going good and what isn’t working. If you are a Troop Rep then you need to stay informed about upcoming events within the OA to inform your troop and get the troops feedback after an event and report it to the Chapter so we can improve. Without the Troop Rep program the Lodge would not have the stream of feedback and communication that it has.
